I have recently had a microdiscectomy, 6 weeks ago. How soon can I start pilates classes?

If you are still having physiotherapy then ask your physiotherapist for advice. They often run or have access to Pilates classes. Alternatively, ask your consultant when you have your post op outpatients appointment.
